The Army Air Assault Badge is a military decoration awarded to members of the United States Army who successfully complete the Air Assault School training. This badge signifies a soldier's proficiency in air assault operations, including helicopter insertion and extraction, rappelling, and sling load operations.

Available in metal pins worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and other dress uniforms or a more subdued badge which is typically black or dark-colored to match the Army Combat Uniform (ACU) for field use. Or choose an embroidered OCP badge which is sewn directly onto the uniform and positioned above the left breast pocket, following uniform regulations.

The Air Assault Badge was created in 1974, initially awarded to soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division, known as the "Screaming Eagles" and now awarded to qualified soldiers across the Army who complete Air Assault School.
