The Korean Service Medal (KSM) is a decoration presented by the United States Armed Forces to individuals who served in the Korean War between June 27, 1950 - July 27, 1954. There are 13 campaigns of the Korean War that are recognized by the United States Department of Defense and each one a member participated in is denoted by a service star on the medal. An Arrowhead Device is authorized to be worn on the service medal by Army personnel who participated in the water landing at Inchon or air attacks on Sukch'on-Such'on and Musan.
