Wrong order

I was sent the wrong order. Did not contain my nameplate I ordered. The package was addressed to me but the order slip and order itself was addressed to someone in Colorado. So poor quality control.

Double name tags

I made a mistake when I placed the first order and charged it to my credit card. I immediately sent an email to customer service and called and left a message to cancel the first order. Obviously no one in CS saw or responded to those two messages. I then reordered the same name tag using the correct charge card with Don Bookhammer. I received my credit card bill today and there is the charge for the one name plate. I never order more than one name tag for a member.
