New York State Recruiting Ribbon

The New York State Recruiting Ribbon is awarded to members of the New York State Organized Militia who have served in recruiting assignments and have successfully met or exceeded recruitment goals. The criteria for this award include:

• Serving in a recruiting assignment within the New York State Organized Militia.
• Achieving recruitment objectives and contributing to the growth of the military forces.
• Demonstrating professionalism and dedication in recruiting efforts.
