Air Force Good Conduct Ribbon

The Air Force Good Conduct Ribbon is awarded to enlisted members of the United States Air Force for exemplary behavior, efficiency, and fidelity in active federal military service. The criteria for receiving this award include:

• Completing three consecutive years of honorable and faithful service.
• Maintaining a clean disciplinary record throughout the period of service.
• Demonstrating consistent performance and conduct that meets or exceeds Air Force standards.

The ribbon recognizes and honors the dedication and professionalism of Air Force personnel who uphold high standards of conduct and duty. Subsequent awards of the ribbon are denoted by oak leaf clusters.
