The Army Basic Parachutist Badge, better known as “jump wings,” is awarded to soldiers who complete the Basic Airborne Course and qualify as military parachutists. This version has an oxidized silver finish. The darker, antique tone brings out the badge’s detail and gives it a classic, vintage look.

Made in the USA to official U.S. military regulations, the badge is worn on the left side of the Army Service Uniform (ASU), above the left breast pocket. It may also be worn on other uniforms as authorized by Army regulations.

Good parachute badge

I purchased two "Army Basic Parachutist Badge Silver Oxidized" and, I don't know if they are exactly like what the Army has nowadays (when I graduated jump school we were given sterling silver wings) but they look good and I and happy with them for use on my jackets.
