We received the boots and they were to be new. However, they were dirty, covered with some type of oil or grease stains. This is on leather boots. My husband has to continue wearing his 5 year old army boots as they are clean and presentable for work. These new boots that were ordered were for his birthday.we called and spoke to an employee and returned the shoes back on a return printed label. We are hoping to receive the boots ordered that are new and clean. Then we can rate. Maybe a mistake was made, but it takes some time to hopefully get this corrected. Then we can rate.
