They are brand new, and they are combat pants, but the ones i recieved are not the ones shown in the photo. The ones i recieved are the armys NEW style of combat pants, not the old style, which are compatible with crye style kneepads. I now have to find a set of army issue insertable kneepads, which are the only kneepads that work with these pants apparently.
