I used this assault panel while in afghan. My favorite part is how slick it makes a kit with a full combat load. I can lay prone without having to deal with a double mag pouch making it uncomfortable to get in to a good shooting position. I will be purchasing from this website again in the future.
I picked up one of these units after hearing about it on legion prepardness's youtube channel. He goes over his setup for the taps unit as well as some modifications you can make.
This chest rig has a similar footprint to the velocity system chest rig at a fraction of the cost. When you use it alone with the trex back strap, or a homemade option it can be used as a stand alone chest rig, or a placard system with a plate carrier.
All of the molle across the front lends it to changing position of kit as you are trying to figure out your ideal chest rig. Overall I'm a big fan of this chest rig for the money.
